
 What are your shipping methods?
Display Orders ship in approximately 4-6 weeks.
Orders less than 200lbs are shipped UPS or FedEx ground.
Orders more than 200lbs are shipped truck freight collect, unless other arrangements are made.
All non-printed packaging orders are shipped within 24 hours.
All repeat printed packaging orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Shipping/Freight charges are FOB Lawton, OK.
 How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping rates vary depending on your order. All orders over $500 qualify for $5.00 flat rate shipping in the 48 contiguous states. Online/EFT payments will automatically calculate the shipping fees for your order. Please contact customer service for any further assistance.
 Reduction sale questions?
The inventory reduction sale is for a limited time only! The sale is also limited by quantities available. For any questions contact the customer service department at 800-343-1913. Management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
 Do you do custom orders?
Warner specializes in custom designs for both packaging and displays. Our custom designs are not limited to jewelry and often encompass a wide range of consumer products (belt buckles, coins, ad specialty items, sports ware, hardware, apparel and accessories, sun/eyeglasses, electronics, food and wine items, etc). To request a quotation for custom orders please contact us via Fax, E-mail, or by Phone.
 What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is $150. A $20.00 service charge will be added to each order not meeting this minimum.
 How much do you charge for imprinting?
All orders are subject to a one time die charge per logo size. (Small-Standard Hot Stamp Die: not to exceed 1 1/4" x 1 1/4"- $35.00, Medium-Hot Stamp Die: not to exceed 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"-$45.00, Large-Hot Stamp Die: not to exceed 4" x 4"-$55.00) Free imprinting is available with any order of $250 or more. Orders that do not meet this minimum are subject to a set-up fee of $25.00 per logo size and an additional printing fee of $.10 per logo stamp. Printing fees are as follows: a-top cushion $0.10, b-box $0.15, c-packer $0.10, d-pouch/folder $0.15, and e-bags $0.12.

 Do you offer any discounts for larger orders?
On boxes and displays there is a 10% discount if the order is over $1,000.

 What if I am not totally satisfied with my order?
All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed against defect. However, in the event you experience any problems, in order for any claim to be acknowledged you must contact our customer service department within
(10) days of receipt of your order. No unauthorized returns accepted.
 What kind of payment options are available?
Terms are Net 30 with satisfactory credit or rating in Jewelers Board of Trade. If no credit history is available you may choose to mail a company check in full, money order, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. Note: paying with a credit card will expedite your order. Credit card orders are charged when the order is processed.
 Do you send samples of your products?
Yes, we do send samples of our products. Minimal charges may apply to some sample requests. Samples are shipped ground via USPS or FedEx, unless otherwise specified. For sample information, please call our customer service department at 1-800-343-1913 between the hours of 8am-5pm CST/M-F.
 How do I qualify for an open account.
You can qualify for an open account with your Credit Rating, in Jewelers of Trade, or by being approved on our Credit Application.
